Room not ready when we arrived at 3pm, and the room was hot. Everything else ok.

Service was excellent. Only 1 lift working so pretty slow in regards waiting for lift to arrive.

La ubicación es perfecta a 1 minuto andando de la calle principal. Si llegas a la ciudad en bus con megabus estas a escasos 10 minutos andando, con national express pelin mas lejos y en tren lo mejor bajarse en queen street. Nuestra habitación daba a las vías del tren y no se escuchaban nada. El desayuno es muy completo.
