Located 5 minutes’ drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Edinburgh city centre, Heriott Park Guest House is a conversion of 2 Edwardian townhouses built in 1903. Original features are still visible, such as an oak staircase and ornate plasterwork. Views over the city skyline can be enjoyed from the front of the property. Free Wi-Fi is featured in each room at Heriott Park, as well as an en suite shower room, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A traditional full Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room each morning, as well as vegetarian options and light snacks. A wide variety of nightlife, restaurants and shops can be found within the city centre, which can also be reached in a pleasant 20 – 30-minute walk. There are also historic landmarks to explore, such as Edinburgh Castle, Arthur’s Seat and the Royal Mile.
