Lovely hotel and staff, rooms are cleaned daily i stayed 5 nights and have nothing to complain about, would definitely stay here again. Bonus complimentary breakfast, i don't eat meat however they have loads of drinks and other alternatives some mornings i had breakfast to go when i was running late which was perfect.

Too noisy to get sleep on weekends nights, as there are many clubs with very loud music on broad street and people shout and sing loud until late. We asked to be changed of room to one on the back side, we were told they were full. Be aware of that.

Hotel muy céntrico y muy cómodo. Similar a todos los de la cadena. Camas muy cómodas, moderno, funcional y con un desayuno muy variado. Muy confortable la estancia. A 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren new street. Muy recomendable.

A tener en cuenta: broad street se convierte en el epicentro de la fiesta nocturna de birmingham los fines de semana y el hotel está justo en medio de la fiesta. Afortunadamente las habitaciones disponen de cristal doble lo que amortigua el sonido que pueda venir de la calle.
