  Great location for Birmingham Airport. Lovely room, with plenty of space. Staff on reception were brilliant, as they were helpful and courteous. Food in restaurant was delicious.

  Lovely reception staff ,room was very clean ,shower was good ,for me the bed was very hard but my mum liked it ,no biscuits with tea and coffee just a few milk cartons no soya milk ,it's just the finishing touches for a 4 hotel that it needed.

  Excellent clean accommodation, room was very hot though, disappointed by the lack of a vending machine for drinks in reception.

  Lovely apartment clean spacious and everything you could ask for. Staff are lovely and polite. Would book again thank you for a pleasant stay.
