Anónimo,
Upon arrival they couldn't find our reservation. I contacted centraldereservas and it was resolved. As compensation for the waiting time, half an hour, the hotel gave us a voucher for a free drink and also waived the parking cost for the three days of our stay. In the united kingdom, the issue of customer reviews is taken very seriously, and i suppose with that they try to avoid a bad opinion of the hotel. The hotel is almost new, everything worked perfectly, it has two elevators so there are no queues to go up and down. The reception staff is very kind. On the negative side, i would mention a couple of things, the first is that one of the days they didn't make up our room and the second is that the breakfast staff is not attentive to replenish until asked and then they take a while to do so. This depends on the person in charge of breakfast, as one of the days the person was very efficient and indeed was attentive. Another thing to take into account is that parking is paid, 9 pounds a day. I understand that since it is a roadside hotel, it should be reflected in the hotel rate and not as an option, as there is no other way to get to the hotel. The parking lot is large but still doesn't have enough capacity for all the rooms and one day we had to park on the sidewalk, which is not allowed and you can get fined.
