Our whole weekend was faultless from the cleanliness of the room to the breakfast with a smile and the friendly greeting on arrival to the cheery waves goodbye. We will without hesitation be back it seems like we have made friends over the course of one weekend. Thank you to everyone !.

Good location for visiting york.
Lovely staff very clean and would book in again if their was a down side it would be that the rooms are serviced on request only though covid was used as a reason i think its staffing. As is the main shortage in all areas of hospitality but don´t be put off by this, its a great stop over and i will have this hotel placed in my book of great holiday hotels.
Well done to all the staff. Keep up the good work !.
