Located on a cliff top overlooking the English channel. Well sign posted and easy to find from the M20. Five minutes walk to the town centre and shops.All rooms are medium sized in good condition and are clean and nicely decorated. This is a very traditionally styled English Hotel with dark wood and rich brown and red furnishings.The restaurant is on the lower ground floor. It again is traditional in decor and layout. The restaurant serves a mix of foods both English and European but the majority of the dishes are traditional British fayre. For Breakfast guests can choose from a menu.Traditional Victorian Building.The lobby is medium sized and well set out. It includes a number of leather sofas and comfy chairs.A good quality traditional hotel with great service and friendly and welcoming staff. (DB 09/08)

Ein wundervolles hotel in einem grandiosen historischen gebäude gleich an der seepromenade. Dort kann man sehr schön spazieren gehen und über den kanal bis nach frankreich schauen. Parkplätze vor der tür. Zimmer waren sehr hübsch und komfortabel. Das personal war ungemein freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl an der rezeption als auch im restaurant. Sehr flexibel, um für uns und unseren hund den aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Das abendessen im restaurant war köstlich und das frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker. Das glutenfreie brot, das wir bekamen, war richtig gut. Ein absolut perfekter aufenthalt!.
