The rooms were big enough and the cleaning staff were spot on. The walls, however, were paper thin, and could quite loudly hear a bath being run at 23:30. The room thermostat was broken and when we returned to the room for the evening it was too cold for our little girl (2) to sleep in her own cot.
Was hoping to give this staff this review in person or at least let them know the room thermostat doesn't work but after handing my room key to the receptionist he looked at me blankly and asked is that it? i was expecting how was your stay. Or something along the lines.

Estuve con mi hija del 15 al 17 de junio en un viaje para ver el concierto de harry styles. El hotel está muy bien situado y comunicado con la estacón de tren que te lleva desde el aeropuerto (puedes ir a pie y con maletas perfectamente) y con el tram que te comunica con todo manchester según sales del hotel. Limpio, confortable y el personal super amable. Me resolvieron el problema de llevar billetes en papel que me había proporcionado el banco en españa pero que ya no te los cogen en casi ningún sitio en reino unido (ahora son como de plástico). Muy contentas con el hotel y totalmente recomendable.

En lo negativo: ducha fija que me quedaba por debajo de la cabeza, escasas amenities (primer día dos botes de champu, segundo día dos de champu y dos de gel con un jabón de manos). Cobran 3 libras por maleta por dejarla guardada despues del check-out unas horas. Recepción en la primera planta y corcergiere y consigna en la planta baja. Escaso aislamiento acústico. No hablan español. Las 4 estrellas le quedan grandes.
Positivo: situación.
