The hotel cannot provide what it does not offer. Sufficient for sleeping and breakfast. For everything else, there's london. I booked it for sleeping, and it fulfills that function. I would return. Don't expect a jacuzzi for the price paid.

Like other hotels in london, which have the appearance of a great exterior and subsequently hide a neglected and somewhat unpleasant interior. Important: we had already read things about charges and deposits that are not mentioned in the reservation. And once delivered (20£), you never see them again. Even being told that they will be re-deposited into your account once you leave the hotel. The receptionists play tricks, trying to charge 20£ no matter what, always on card and do not hesitate to make up that it's for arriving at 23:00 h. Or anything. Be careful with that. We had to argue a lot to pay in cash. And even more to be given a receipt for what we paid. Beware. They charge it arbitrarily. The breakfast is just, in the style of a 2-star hotel in london and the rooms are normal within the category of the hotel.

It's a hotel like many in central london; a victorian building with beautiful appearance and stunning interiors. The breakfast is fair, unpretentious, let's not forget it's a 2-star hotel in london. The rooms are very basic. What impressed me the most was having to pay a £20 deposit. The receptionists were rude and unpleasant. Interesting only for its value for money.
