The stylish rooms at Barton House include a cosy fireplace, a TV, a view of the surrounding countryside, tea and coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. A hearty breakfast is available to all guests in the morning, using fresh local produce from the local farm. Guests with specific dietary requirements can be catered for also. Children friendly, the well-kept garden also contains a climbing frame. From the bed and breakfast, Exmoor Zoo is a 43-minute car journey away. At a shorter distance, Bickleigh Mill, an 18th century watermill and pottery studio is 11 miles away. The historic city of Exeter is also 39 minutes’ drive away.

You are therefore kindly requested to arrive by your own means. Final cleaning fees are included in the price. A security deposit of GBP 500 is required on arrival, if staying in the six bedroom house. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
