This property is located just a few kilometres from Stockholm city centre in the beautiful leafy island suburb of Lidingo. The hotel is perched high up on the cliff overlooking much of the cities skyline as such many of the rooms are afforded some amazing views. Next door is the old home and now museum of the sculpture Carl Miles called Millesgarden. 6 kms to city centre. 20 kms to the airport (bromma). 50 kms to the airport (arlanda). 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (ropsten). 8 km to the nearest station (stockholm). 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. 20 km to the nearest fair site (stockholm fair). Close to the beach.
All standard rooms have recently been refurbished in a contemporary Scandinavian style using pale wood and natural materials. The rooms have spacious working areas, ambient lighting and large comfortable beds to make any length of stay enjoyable. The view from the bedroom window is either over the sculpture museum Millesgarden or the Varta port area, with the whole Stockholm skyline beyond.
