  I travelled solo and the Globalis Gardenia was the perfect place for me to stay. The hotel had a very good atmosphere with friendly staff. I stayed half board which was great value for money. The food was good and varied daily. I can also recommend Mia's Pizzarante which is a 5 minute walk along the promenade at Carvajal, excellent food. The beach was across the road from the hotel and is only 6 euro for a sunlounger and umbrella. First time visiting this area and will definitely return to Globalis Gardenia Hotel.
