The hotel has been fantastic. The room with an ideal orientation. The breakfast buffet service, perfect. The attention of the hotel workers, impeccable. The Spa, perfect for the disconnection I needed. One hour is sufficient. One day we ate at the hotel buffet, and I have to say that the variety and quality are very good. In general, if I returned to the area, I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The accommodation is a 10. No detail is missing. Everything is perfect. Both cleanliness, facilities, buffet, and staff are all perfect. It had been a long time since we found a hotel in these conditions. We only had breakfast included and seeing its quality, we dined at the hotel every night. There was a water fountain in each hallway to fill a pitcher that had been left in our room. A 10 out of 10 hotel. We will definitely return.

I loved the hotel, both the decor and the staff and the food. The only downside is that, although the room is very beautiful, it is not practical as, since there is no door to the bathroom, you better go with someone you totally trust because privacy is zero. Another detail is that there is not a single drawer in the whole room, and to store underwear you only have the safe or the refrigerator. And I don't see it as practical. Otherwise, I find it a totally recommendable hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful, modern, and with a great design, as well as the decoration. The people at the hotel reception are very kind and solve all kinds of problems you may have without any problems, so you feel at home. The dining area is very beautiful, and the food is of very good quality. They have a grill, griddle, and wok that prepare to order whatever you want. The cook Altica and the waiter in the dining room Omar are very pleasant, as well as the waitress on the terrace M. Carmen, another charming person. In general, a very pleasant service. A very cozy and quiet environment, just what I was looking for to disconnect on vacation. The only drawback I have is that the cleaning was not as desired because in seven days of stay they did not dust, and my wife is allergic and the room and the terrace were not mopped, only swept. We also had a problem with cold water after 10 PM every day. We contacted reception, and they sent Catalin from maintenance, and that night it worked perfectly. But the next day, the same thing, we complained again, and they sent Alex, another maintenance colleague, and the same thing, no problem. But the next day again, it is unknown where the problem is coming from, but it is very uncomfortable that you can't brush your teeth or wash your face. But well, aside from those things, we have been RH customers for many years, and I don't want them to take it the wrong way, it is just to improve things. We will continue to visit the hotel because we loved it and had a great vacation.

We already knew the hotel, but it has pleasantly surprised us. It is completely renovated, the facilities are perfect, and the staff is super pleasant. But the best part is that there are two pools, and one of them is almost all day in the shade, perfect for people with skin problems. Everything was great, we will return.

La cadena rh nunca defrauda, el hotel es muy bonito, estuvimos sólo una noche, pero es super acogedor, y con las dos personas que tratamos muy amables. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, todo el hotel tiene una decoración espectacular. Lo que no nos gustó nada es que el wc no tiene puerta, por mucho que tengas confianza en tu familia, se necesita una puerta, tanto para el inodoro como para la ducha, está todo a la vista. Pongo foto donde se aprecia que no hay puerta.

Un gran hotel frente a la playa, personal amable y atento, comida muy rica. Lástima que la habitación daba a la calle y había obras, lo que causaba un poco de ruido durante el día. El spa estaba en mantenimiento y no pudimos usarlo. Una lástima, porque fuimos por eso. Hotel muy recomendable.
