Offering charming, bright villas with private pools, Villas Monte Verde is located in Tossalet and just 2 km from Javea’s beaches and coves. Each of its villas is set in gardens, with a terrace and barbecue facilities. The spacious, individually decorated villas are painted in blue, yellow or orange tones. There is a living room with a TV, and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, oven and toaster. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. Cafés, bars and restaurants can be found nearby. There is a supermarket just 500 metres from the villas, while the centre of Javea is 10 minutes’ drive away. The Monte Verde complex features tennis courts and a children’s playground. The nearest golf club is 7 km away.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A damages deposit of EUR 200 is payable upon arrival. Please note key collection takes place at: Aparthotel Pinosol Travesia Cansalades Street Javea During winter (October - May), key collection takes place between 16:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday. During the summer months (June - September), key collection takes place between 16:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday, and from 16.00 until 20.00 on Saturdays. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Villas Monte Verde in advance. Check-out takes place before 10.00 in the same office. Please note bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Apartments are cleaned upon departure.
