Please inform San Luis in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 650 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Please note that air conditioning carries an additional charge of EUR 17.14 per day, from 13 June 2015 to 26 September 2015. Please note that heating carries an additional charge of EUR 28.57 per day, until 2 May 2015, and from 31 October 2015 to 1 May 2016. An obligatory final cleaning service costing EUR 175 is not included in the price. It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
