Island with natural charm
Island with natural charm. We went by boat from Santa Pola port, with family. The surroundings are impressive: in the coves, you can bathe in crystal clear waters and observe fish while snorkeling. You can also walk to a nearby islet, and it feels like being in the middle of nature. Great gastronomic offer on the island, and at a good price.

The Island of Tabarca Beautiful
The island of Tabarca is very beautiful. I love the Poniente Beach. I discovered 'New York in Spain', very lively. The island is very nice for diving. The landscapes are beautiful. 'New York in Spain' has a lot of entertainment and party. I love it, and I love the beaches too.

Visit to Tabarca Island
We went to visit Tabarca Island on a catamaran with underwater viewing. The boats, depending on the company, usually depart every hour, more or less. The island has beautiful coves with crystal clear water, ideal for snorkeling. There is a small sandy beach where young children can swim without any problems. Sun loungers and umbrellas are rented there, as well as water scooters. There are several bars offering daily menus, a couple of ice cream shops, and souvenir stores. The island has a rich pirate history. It still preserves its wall and its church. About 50 people live on the island year-round.

Wonderful! Don't miss it!
Wonderful! Don't miss it! Ideal for spending two days as a couple, with family or friends. The island is a must-visit. Certainly, during the day there's quite a crowd, but despite that, you manage to find a place always quiet, even on the beautiful central beach with its turquoise waters. Choose a late afternoon to tour the wild island with its numerous birds along the small cliffs, a very pleasant walk. Take a tour of the old town through the walls on one side and the coves on the other. The best moment is evenings after the last boat has left, you can swim alone on the beach and especially stroll through the old town in a peaceful atmosphere with its streets lit by lanterns in warm colors. The sunset will only maintain this tranquility. The morning before the arrival of the first boats is also sublime. There are enough restaurants to find one that suits you. Special mention to Café Angela in the square where a wide choice of takeaway food is offered. Cheap, very good, and great welcome with mojitos to enjoy on the beach.
