Wonders in Albir and surroundings
In Albir, climb to the lighthouse; Guadalest (Castle); Altea (Alicantino Ibiza), considered among the most beautiful villages in Spain. In Algar, go to the Springs and DinoPark. In Penaguila, visit the Safari Aitana. For dining in Altea, I recommend Hostal San Miguel on the seafront promenade.

Guadalest. Reservoir and museums.
Guadalest. Reservoir and museums. We visited the town because we had heard about its Vehicle Museum which, by the way, is not in the town but several kilometers towards Callosa. The vehicle museum is a private collection of antiques that impresses with the dedication of the owner, Ricardo, now deceased, to collecting vehicles and some other belongings throughout his life. The best, of course, is the collection of motorcycles from different eras of the 20th century; it gathers true gems that are hard to find. This collection is located next to a restaurant, a souvenir shop for motor lovers (miniature vehicles), and various booths of typical products (ceramics, food products)... In Guadalest, we were surprised by the number of museums because it is a small town where there are up to eight; a miniature museum, another of nativity scenes and dollhouses that caught our attention, but there are others... We loved the reservoir of blue, crystalline waters, amazing for its color as sweet waters, river waters. What we liked least was the road. Mountainous, winding, not ugly, but difficult,... but I assure you that it is worth making the trip from Benidorm, where we were, to see this small town.

Castell de Guadalest
Castell de Guadalest. An incredibly beautiful village, it has many museums, but the one that stands out the most is the one of microminiatures and miniminiatures. There's also the medieval torture museum, the doll museum... At the top of the village, there's a viewpoint with views of the turquoise waters reservoir, and to access the castle of Guadalest, you have to enter through the house of the Orduña, a family from the 18th century. Very beautiful all. Being a tourist village, food and drink are very expensive.

Small and beautiful locality
Beautiful. It's a small but very beautiful locality. Despite being overcrowded at certain times. The only drawback we can highlight is that at 8 o'clock most establishments close, and there are very few options where to go.

Guadalest near Benidorm
Guadalest is half an hour from Benidorm and is a very beautiful little village. It has restaurants where you can eat typical dishes from the area.

Visits to Guadalest and Fuentes de Algar
Visits to Guadalest and Fuentes de Algar. Despite going for two days, we took the opportunity to visit the Fuentes de Algar, a wonderful spot with waterfalls, and enjoy a lovely walk. We also visited Guadalest, which leaves no one indifferent. Don't miss its spectacular museums or the Casa de Orduña along with the castle. Charming streets and many restaurants to choose a good meal. The views of the reservoir are spectacular.
