The best was the pool and the attention, the worst was the cleanliness of the apartment, the kitchen was dirty and not swept, a lot of wind and you could hear it all the time, they could dedicate more time to cleaning and install air conditioning.

It was not the first time i stayed at this accommodation, and i must say that improvements have been made (reception, cafeteria, pool, sofa, and bathroom of the apartment). On the other hand, the mattresses/beds should be improved. We were unlucky to be caught in a storm, and water leaked through the corridor windows, even entering the apartments. Both reserving and primavera loix had no issues refunding us the money for the remaining nights as we decided to check out two nights earlier than planned. We do not rule out returning as we like these apartments.

A disgrace, they had sold more rooms and sent me to another apartment on the other side of benidorm. No way will i book with reserving again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
