Gran Hotel Bali information
This Benidorm hotel is housed within a skyscraper (which, as mentioned, makes it Europe's tallest hotel), a mere 350 metres from the sea. What more could you ask for than to be able to step from your room onto a white sandy beach and bathe to your heart's content? Within the hotel, you will find that everything is clean, sumptuous and geared towards the total comfort of all of the guests. Enjoy a cocktail in the bar, relax on a sun bed beside one of the many outdoor pools and top things off with a visit to the spa.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Nice complex but the rooms are a bit dated.

The hotel in general is very good, the staff very friendly. The food can be said to be average. As for the cleanliness of the glasses, cups and cutlery, it leaves much to be desired. The forks with remains, the glasses with traces of another client's lipstick and the knives with shadows from having been put in the dishwasher with little pressure. The coffees at breakfast were pure water.

The reserved room was a dump, second floor facing a patio, no pools, no views of Benidorm, etc. I had to pay extra to get an adequate room.

Huge hotel, quite crowded, repetitive food, but quite good. Dining room and cleaning staff, very good. Reception staff, slow and rude. We wouldn’t return.

Overall, this hotel deserves more 3 stars. The breakfast and dinner are not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The staff is generally correct. They do not speak French at all, and that is very disappointing. Then, we asked if it was possible to stay 2 more nights, the only answer we got was to check online. They do not take care of booking rooms at all. Thanks to their incompetence, we went to Blanes (hotel Blaumar) and I can tell you that the reception was perfect.

Our stay at the accommodation was good, but there are several things to mention about what happened to us. When we arrived at the room, the toilet had drops of urine and was supposed to be clean. And as for the buffet, if you don't go early, you usually miss out on the main dish listed on the daily menu at the door, and they change it or don't replenish it. It is also true that the price is not very high, so you can't ask for much more.
