Weekend after a week of vacation. We were returning from a week of vacation in Calpe and before heading back, decided to take advantage of the weekend by booking Saturday night at Plantío Golf since we had been there before. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:00 pm and everything was fine at the reception. They gave us apartment 615, the farthest from the pools, but alright, the distance wasn’t too bad, and we went directly to the apartment. Up to that point, everything was fine, until we were on the stairs almost at the entrance and I found it strange that the access stairs to the apartment were filled with dry leaves from the surrounding vegetation. We entered the apartment and started unpacking and soon realized the apartment had been closed for quite some time; there were dead insects in all rooms and the big surprise was the terrace, which was cluttered with leaves from many days without being cleaned. We called the reception and were told the hotel was nearly full and they couldn’t change our apartment, and they would send someone to clean it. After an hour, a girl came, swept a bit wherever she wanted, sprayed some insecticide, and left; indeed it was one of the apartments that had been closed for a long time as they confirmed. In summary, they should ensure cleanliness beforehand as the cleaning might have been done timely, but over time, due to the vegetation, they should have inspected before offering that apartment. Another thing I didn’t like was that the next morning we went for breakfast and everything was completely saturated, both the inside and the terrace. We had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Otherwise, fine.

The stay was simply wonderful; very spacious and comfortable apartments with a well-equipped kitchen and a very complete breakfast buffet. Beautiful surroundings and very friendly bar and maintenance staff. We'll definitely come back.

The best thing was the spaciousness of the apartments. The living room was very large. Very clean. The pools were fantastic. The soccer field was great for the kids. The worst thing was the large number of mosquitoes. The children were covered in bites.

The best thing about the apartment is its size. It is generally large and comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The double bed has a very comfortable mattress, the mattress of the two single beds is more standard. The worst is the cleanliness of some parts of the apartment... the kitchen was pitiful. Another aspect I didn't like is that there was a lack of kitchen utensils. It only had a tiny pan, and there are no dishcloths or detergent to wash. It is true that there is a dishwasher, but you must bring your own tablets. In general, it is correct but far from the 4 stars they advertise.

Spacious pools, the air conditioning worked very well, excellent facilities. The apartment is spacious and complete. The breakfast was quite good, but they didn't arrive in time to replenish. Quiet place ideal for resting. We wanted to go to the golf club, but it was full, recommend booking in advance. It has free outdoor parking and paid indoor parking.
