The room was a bit austere compared to the rest of the decor.

Central accommodation, everything within walking distance if you want to visit san lorenzo del escorial. It's an elegant yet simple and practical place, with parking possibilities nearby.

The staff are very friendly. Excellent location. The hotel is fine, but it doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel to me. There are many details that need improvement. In our room, the painted bathtub was peeling. The showerhead barely had any water coming out. At breakfast, they stopped replenishing some of the trays even though there was an hour left before closing.

It was fantastic, in a word. What made it really special were the kind ladies you had at the front desk. Whoever was working the desk the evening of the 25th of october, and the other lady who worked the front desk on the morning of the 27th were very kind and helpful. They made me feel right at home and helped make my stay, not only at your hotel, but el escorial very special. Thank you!.

I have stayed in 3-star hotels much better than this one. The room was small, noisy, and uncomfortable, with little equipment. The room service was overworked and, as a result, did not function properly. I cannot comment on the meals as i only stayed due to the high prices. The location is good, though the parking is expensive. However, the staff's treatment was excellent.

The unbeatable view. The room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was a room for three people and yet very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very complete and the staff very friendly and attentive.

The best thing is the location. The worst is that the hotel does not correspond to its category. Parking next to the hotel is very expensive.

The hotel is fine, we spent a few days in the summer. Well, the room we got was very small, the pool is not much. Good location. Specific drinks were running out at the bar. Despite everything, good for a getaway.

Everything was very good and correct. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. Just a small downside, the bathtub didn't have a screen and you would get water all over the bathroom...
