The best thing was undoubtedly the location and the facilities (beautiful and modern). The worst was the treatment from the cleaning staff. There were quite a few mistakes in the room: we didn't have towels, the water bottle hadn't been changed from the previous customer... When we mentioned this, it was not well received. The next morning they started vacuuming at 8:00 and were loudly talking and laughing among themselves. When we asked them if they could please make less noise, they said it was their job and they were going to vacuum. She was very rude.
