I was not satisfied. In the reservation, I requested a double bed. We were given separate beds, and the room was a bit narrow. We asked for a room change and were told that we had been contacted by phone and had been informed. We replied that we hadn’t spoken to anyone. Then we were told that we had made the reservation online with an operator, which was also not true. We made it known and were told that there was nothing available. We went up to unpack and made a mock new booking for the same dates and there were available rooms. I contacted my operator by phone and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I felt deceived by the hotel receptionist because he was not truthful. The room and the hotel are very clean and well located. Long, narrow room (7x2.6 m). Large (8 m) and spectacular bathroom. Due to what happened, what was paid, and previous stays in the city, there are better lodging options and I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Muy buen hotel y muy bien ubicado, junto al puente de hierro, personal muy profesional y atento. Está cerca de todo lo interesante que ver en logroño muy confortable y acogedor. Lo recomiendo y seguro que volveré otra vez.

Excelente hotel en pleno casco antiguo de logroño. El edificio combina la estructura antigua con una moderna decoración muy acogedora. Un buen desayuno con los platos calientes que cada cliente desee hechos al momento. La habitación muy espaciosa, y una ducha totalmente nueva y espectacular. Hemos estado muy bien, y en recepción nos han ayudado mucho.
