The staff are friendly. The room is correct. But I had two problems that left a bad taste in my mouth. On one hand, fortunately, other people in the group were staying at the same place because when we returned from the wedding we had attended (it was already late at night), one of them took out a key they had been given to open the hotel entrance door because there is no reception open at night. They hadn't given me any key or told me anything. If I had been alone... And when I went up to the room, the card to open the door didn't work. We had to call a 24-hour phone number to solve it. They charge per room, so if you need a single one, as was my case, it becomes quite expensive. It is quite far from the center, so it is necessary to go by car. It is quite quiet, you don't hear noise at night, and the bed is comfortable.

Modern hotel. A bit far from the center (20 minutes walking). Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. A bit noisy because it's in an industrial area and you could hear dogs. Good service. Breakfast was quite limited. We did a Roda wine tasting which is highly recommended.

The hotel was good value for money, a transit hotel, well connected and at the entrance of the village. The best thing, the free parking; the worst, the shower water, as the tap has pressure but the shower does not. On entering the hotel, it seemed we were going to freeze to death at night because the room was freezing and it seemed the heating wasn't working, but then at night it was great, it was even hot and you had to uncover.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, it's close to everything and this allows you to explore the whole Rioja Alta with ease. The reception staff is quite friendly. The hotel is a normal three-star, the beds are comfortable and it is clean. Another plus point is its price, very consistent with what it offers. The worst thing is that the wardrobe in the room is tiny, we were 3 people and had clothes for 4 days, part of it we had to leave in the suitcase and the rest piled up in the mini wardrobe. I also do not recommend the restaurant, it's fine for breakfast but nothing more. If you're looking for a nice, luxurious hotel with many additional services, this is not your hotel, if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel, this is your hotel.

The perfect hotel. Very comfortable, modern. To go to the center of Haro, you need to take the car, but in two minutes we were in the center. The pillows are a bit soft, but that happens in all hotels. Like home, there's no place like it. A hotel to recommend.

As you can see, it is a hotel that is not in the center of Haro, although you can easily reach the center by walking for 25 minutes. The parking is perfect and the decoration is very well taken care of both in the rooms and in the common areas. If I had to point out a flaw in the stay, it would be that the pillow is very low and the walls are paper-thin, so you hear EVERYTHING.
