El hotel muy bien en relación calidad-precio y excelente trato del personal, aún no siendo nuevo está limpio y confortable.

Hotel muy cómodo para aparcar gratuitamente junto al establecimiento y con un desayuno sencillo pero personalizado que incluye un zumo natural de naranja.
Es un hotel sencillo, con algo de falta de mantenimiento y chapado a la antigua. La zona donde está no es céntrica y es mejor tomar el coche (carretera de único sentido) para visitar orense.

Lo mejor el precio y las personas que nos atendieron. Muy amables.
Lo peor es el calor en las habitaciones. A pesar del ventilador hacía mucho calor.

Atención buena, hotel muy descuidado y es un hotel que creo que tiene muchas posibilidades por situación al lado de las termas, deberían de cuidarlo más y limpiarlo.

Habitación individual y cama muy pequeña, por no decir el baño pequeñísimo. El armario ni abría las puertas y poca calefacción (algunas hora solamente).
