The hotel has a great location, close to the center, with no parking problems. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was limited (few types of bread, very little pastry, ...) but what was available was of good quality. Highlighting the kindness of the breakfast waitress, we give her a 10 for her disposition, sympathy, treatment, and for being attentive at all times in case you needed something.

Hotel with excellent facilities, modern and impeccably clean. The price charged with breakfast is exorbitant, as the breakfast is very poor, with no variety of bread and what was there could only be toasted. There were no scrambled eggs and the bacon was burnt. Yogurts, ham, and cheese poorly stored, not even a bowl with ice, everything was warm and as it ran out I had to ask for it to be replenished. The croissant looked like it was from the day before. The fruit was of poor quality and the fruit salad inedible. The accommodation price without breakfast was 85€, with breakfast 110€, so 25 euros for a very bad breakfast. Attentive reception staff, the dining room staff didn't even set the breakfast table, I had to set the table with mats and napkins myself...

I have discovered a wonderful place to stay. It has been decorated with great care and attention, everything is consistent from the reception to the rooms, even the common bathrooms follow the same decoration policy. Cleanliness is a highlight, even in common areas, it is clear that it is a topic they take seriously, which as a traveler is appreciated. The room is spacious, with the necessary utensils and decorated to match, very very beautiful. The beds are super comfortable, there were several pillows/cushions of different types and it is worth noting that when you turn on the television even on it they welcome you. The shower and toilet area are separated, which gives a point of privacy compared to the rest of the room. In our case, breakfast was included and everything was delicious. Pastries, ham, or juices were being replenished at all times. As an anecdote, the coffee machine broke down and in less than two minutes they had another one running, so a 10 for the waiting team. Regarding the staff, as I just mentioned, a marvel, always with a smile and attentive to anything you might need. The location, although on the map it gave the impression of being further from the center, is really 5/10 min from the center. Just beside it, there is a street where you can park for free, which is appreciated when you arrive at a place you do not know. To conclude, I would simply say that I was pleasantly surprised. I totally recommend it and if I ever come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant hotel, location close to the city center. Highlighting the hotel staff, very attentive. The cafeteria service is very professional. Rooms are austere but elegant, well equipped.

We really liked the hotel, it is undoubtedly the strong point in the area. Very beautiful room, with very elegant decoration. We faced a school, there was no problem because it is vacation time, but probably at another time it would be noisy. Breakfast a little limited in terms of space. Homemade products. We advise visiting the hotel as it is really beautiful and well decorated.

The hotel is great. A true four-star. Clean, modern, well-maintained. Very good breakfast. We loved the atmosphere of the bar, where we could relax from the day while enjoying a very pleasant drink. Excellent location. 12 minutes walking from the center on a flat and very pleasant path. Everything fantastic.

Tenìamos reservadas 2 habitaciones con balcón, pero no las dieron sin él porque decían no haber recibido así la reserva y no había disponibilidad. Las habitaciones son agradables y modernas, pero poco prácticas si no vas en pareja pues la ducha está en la propia habitación y no tiene puerta. Choca que en un hotel moderno y de 4 estrellas, tengas que llamar por teléfono al encontrarse la puerta de entrada cerrada por la noche y que no exista un sistema de apertura con tarjeta.

Muy buena elección. El día que hicimos el check-in la chica de recepción majísima, nos explicó un poco todo y nos acompañó al ascensor.
La habitación tal y como la habiamos reservado, incluso se cumplió mi petición, una cama de matrimonio. Súper espaciosa y dotada de todo lo esencial.
A la noche estuvimos en el bar y genial, muy buen ambiente y tranquilo.
El desayuno fue lo mejor, muy completo y la camarera súper atenta en todo momento.
En resumen, una estancia de 10 con muy buena ubicación respecto a los sitios céntricos como puede ser la muralla, la plaza mayor, calle de los vinos,...
Por último destacar que es una zona buena para aparcar sin tener que hacer uso del parking propio.

Hotel moderno, estéticamente bonito y acogedor. El desayuno algo justo en cuanto a variedad pero suficiente y bueno. A escasos 10 minutos andando de la muralla y con mucho aparcamiento en la zona.
