The hotel is very central and, being in a pedestrian street, it is very quiet. For resting, it's a 10, the 3 beds are very comfortable, good air conditioning and very good service. By 12:00 we already had the room. The breakfast is very complete and the staff are super friendly.

Majestic city hotel very central, the common areas need renovation. The room and bathroom are renovated except for the woodwork. Good attention and friendly treatment from the receptionists. The buffet on the top floor is varied and very good. In general, I recommend it if you want to visit Lugo.

The staff were very helpful, check-in was very quick, and they looked after my bag too. The hotel is in a great location for being in the centre of old lugo. The room is fairly standard.

Well, when I entered, my first impression wasn't very good, but I left delighted and without a doubt, I will return and recommend it. The staff is a 10, having a restaurant with an affordable menu and a la carte options for lunch or dinner, and that terrace open until twelve or one in the morning if you fancy a coffee or a drink, it's not a 10 for me, it's a 100. Recommended.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Lugo, right next to the Plaza Mayor. It is easy to access all the tourist sites: monuments, shops, and wine area. It has a magnificent terrace for breakfast from which you can contemplate Lugo and that also serves as a restaurant for a good dinner. The beds are comfortable and the sleep is restful. The main drawback is that it is complicated to reach by car due to the ongoing construction in the city and that the parking is relatively far.

The hotel is renovated and newer than I remembered years ago. The staff is very friendly and the location is unbeatable if you want to be in the center of Lugo. Very quiet and the family room is adequate, spacious, and has two bathrooms. Overall, everything is very good.

I know the hotel from previous visits and I'm always pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of its staff and its excellent location right in the center of Lugo. Perhaps this location leads to its only noticeable flaw: having separate parking for vehicles.

Staff gentile e disponibile, tutti, dalla reception alla caffetteria. Terrazza molto bella, con spazio separato per fumatori, molto bello (per chi fuma è davvero piacevole). Facilitano il parcheggio a prezzo molto moderato. Buona posizione. Colazione ok senza impazzire :).

La estancia fue buena, tomamos café en la cafetería y me pareció un precio bastante elevado, y el hotel muy bien situado pero creo que le sobra 1estrella, está bastante anticuadas las habitaciones por lo menos la que nos tocó , el personal muy bien en cambio.

Una maravilla. Habitación enorme con mesa y sillas. Tv grande y cama comodisima, tenía dos terrazas la habitación. El desayuno abundante con demasiado para elegir a mi opinión. Zumos en botella y de marca. A 30 metros de la plaza mayor. Una estancia de 10 que si volvemos repetiremos.
