Surprising. The city has surprised me a lot. Very beautiful and pleasant, it has natural pools 10 minutes walk from the center, completely free. The city is worth a visit. It has several very pleasant restaurants with good dishes to taste the local gastronomy. The nightlife is very lively, with many places to have a drink in peace. It's worth taking the car and going to the Jerte Valley to see this spectacle of nature, walk along the river, refresh yourself in one of the multiple natural pools, and get lost in its small villages with unbeatable views. A place to repeat.

Incredible Sunset
The sunset on the hotel terrace overlooking the Cathedral is a wonderful moment. Watching the sunset from the hotel terrace with views of the Cathedral is one of life's pleasures. Walking around Plasencia and seeing its walls and entrance gates, the aqueduct, its numerous palaces, its original town hall... everything is wonderful. For me, it is one of the places that bring me peace.

Great unknown
Plasencia was a great unknown, at least for us. I really liked the cathedral and the guide David made it enjoyable, entertaining and conveyed his passion for history. The food at the Spanish restaurant was very good.
