The accommodation was generally very good. Very well-maintained and clean facilities. Good attention. The problem was finding the entrance, as the navigator leaves you at the parking gate, which is closed, the intercom does not work. To enter first, you must call by phone. One expects to find the main entrance, and then you will be directed to the parking lot.

The quality of Paradores never fails. The bedding and bath textiles are among the best I've tried. The building is very beautiful and has a lot of history. They should change the bathrooms, they are aged and still have a bathtub. Very good breakfast. Well located for visiting Mérida. The parking is expensive, it should be free or have a special price for Paradores friends.

Anónimo,
The reception is in a hallway. Given its hotel category, there should be a welcome glass of water, an apple, a lemonade, something. They refused to give me the accommodation invoice when I left (I should ask the reservation center, they don't give it). Anyway, I will neither repeat nor recommend the Parador. I understand they are under construction, but they should have some kind of courtesy towards the customers who suffer from it. It needs a deep renovation, it is very outdated.

Anónimo,
Former hospital converted into a Parador, in the city center, a step away from Plaza de España and monuments to visit.

Anónimo,
Very good attention from the staff. The facilities are a bit old. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
