The hotel and the staff, very good, but the food was really bad. Of the 7 days, we ate for one and a half days. I would fire the cook, but it can't be done. It's hard to believe that a 4-star hotel could serve such food, and in the places we ate, it wasn't better, like at Pato Blanco in Cáceres, we didn't eat there either. What a shame of an experience.

Correct 4-star hotel, with facilities that match its category. We chose this hotel for its location outside the historic center, given the need for parking. Then we found that it has few parking spaces in front of the hotel (always full) and the rest are paid. They offer you the possibility to park in a nearby shopping center. The pool is the best part of the hotel. The breakfast is buffet style, but not in line with the category, with very little fruit and many pastries and industrial products.

The room was spacious and the pool too, the lifeguard and the receptionist very friendly, but the problem is with the breakfast, very poor, nothing quality, there were many flies around the food, the scrambled omelette was very bad and hard, besides being cold and uncovered, and the coffee was undrinkable.

4-star hotel without a minibar in the room! Only for superior rooms. A bit far to visit the center of Mérida, you need a car. Correct breakfast, large and clean rooms. Mall and entertainment next door.

Everything was fine, with good treatment and excellent services. Although it was not our first choice, due to reservation issues in another establishment, Reserving was up to the task and quickly and efficiently relocated us to this hotel, with one more star and respecting what was contracted in the previous one (breakfast and parking). We have been very comfortable and have been attended to correctly. We liked the experience and, without a doubt, we will count on them for our next reservation.

Very pleasant stay, 25 minutes walking from the center. Quiet area at the foot of a shopping center with several restaurants. The hotel is very good in all aspects. Very attentive service, complete buffet, room with all details and comforts. The area has free parking around the hotel.

The location of the establishment is on the outskirts of the town, well-connected. It was as expected regarding the room, spacious and clean. The staff of the establishment was very friendly and competent. Just one downside, the meal portions for lunch and dinner were a bit small. The breakfast, buffet-style, was very good and varied.

In general terms acceptable. No parking problems around, so I don't recommend paying for underground parking. Upstairs, they have 5 or 6 free spots, which are occupied depending on when you arrive. Nearby places to eat, nothing advisable, except at the roundabout above, El Yate. Basic breakfast and four days without variety. Bitter orange juice. Spacious room, as well as the bathroom. Time for renovation. A four-star without a fridge. Although on the dates we went, we managed, as shown in the photo we used the terrace as a fridge. Far from the center, in an industrial area, although in my case going by car is not important. As I said at the beginning, despite what has been stated, acceptable.

The stay at the hotel was great. Comfortable rooms with everything necessary, including some pay TV channels available for free. Excellent buffet breakfast and very good menu dinner, with several dishes to choose from, very good presentation and taste. The location is near the highway and walking to the center is about a 15-minute walk, crossing the magnificent Roman bridge. Parking available without problems and next to a small shopping center, with cinemas and a hypermarket. The hotel staff is very friendly, they responded to all our suggestions. What is missing in a 4-star hotel is a small fridge in the rooms, that's the only negative.
