  Good accommodation option for visiting this area of the province of Tarragona: Port Aventura, the beach, Tarragona, Cambrils... The rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent.

  Pleasant hotel, clean and with comfortable rooms. In addition, it has a good location to go to Port Aventura, just as we were looking for. You have to take the car to get to the beach, but it makes the price more affordable.

  Bad. I didn't leave the hotel because there were no rooms in the other hotel in the village. When I arrived in the room, I had to change 3 of the towels and the bedspread because they were dirty. The furniture was full of dust accumulated from not being cleaned (tables, telephone, headboard, shelf, wardrobes). I went down 3 times to report it to the receptionist, who apologized, but little more. I had to clean the tables and the headboard of the bed before going to bed, as I am allergic to dust and I don't want to imagine how I would have woken up the next day if I had slept with all that dust. But I had to do a job for which someone is paid to do and hadn't done it. The walls need a coat of paint, as they are full of stains, and the curtains as well. There was a moment when going up the stairs to the room, I told my companion that it smelled like tobacco, and it seemed strange because I was inside the hotel, but it turned out that the cleaning women were smoking on one of the terraces of the rooms above, and since the hotel is open, the smell of tobacco was entering. In summary, very beautiful from the outside, but the 4 stars it has stayed at the reception/entrance, because the rooms leave a lot to be desired, and the cleaning service even more. We won't return to this hotel.

  Very cozy and quiet hotel, perfect for a getaway with your partner. Very well located, close to the sea of Tarragona and the mountains. Excellent room and service, highly recommended.

  To begin with, the reservation did not have the holder's name. Furthermore, what were initially two family rooms turned into a room and an apartment in another building with narrow and very steep stairs. After complaining, we managed to stay in another hotel room which was initially planned. Lastly, the hotel's parking was in another distant building with very little space, and to access it, you had to bypass two no-entry signs. I forgot to mention, you had to pay 10€. It was all a mess. The best thing was the breakfast coffee, but at 10:30 they didn't restock the buffet which was until 11:00, and we couldn't enjoy various products. Despite being a charming hotel, the service received was awful.

  My partner and I went to PortAventura, the village was recommended to us by a friend and the truth is it did not disappoint. The hotel is located close to everything and the truth is, since it's a small village, there's no problem parking if you go by car. The service received was wonderful, all the people at the hotel were very kind and polite. Very good treatment, you can tell they pamper the guest. As for the room, I believe we couldn't have gotten a better one, large double bed and large terrace. The whole room was very tidy and clean, they didn't miss anything. In short, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommendable.
