A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Pets are allowed, maximum 10 kg and costs EUR 40 per week. Linen and towels are provided upon requests and costs EUR 20 per person per week. Please note the following office hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00 Arrivals outside office hours incur in a surcharge of EUR 70, to be paid upon arrival. Sunday the office is closed.
