The breakfast buffet is very good and varied. Room very clean. The front door cannot be locked from the inside, neither with a key nor a latch. Very friendly and attentive staff. If you go by car, you have to pay for parking. The green zone is very expensive, parking is very difficult. The bathroom was renovated, some details could be improved.

Like every year, we spend a few days in lloret de mar with friends. Lloret is our little piece of paradise with its magnificent landscapes, welcoming and lively city. The welcome at the augusta club hotel was formidable. The staff is adorable and professional. Wide choice at the buffet, clean establishment with evening entertainment allowing relaxation and dancing. A true stay that allows for a break from our stressful daily life. The pool and terrace are magnificent. Top establishment.

We spent one night at this hotel on a full-board basis. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very, very clean. The buffet-style food was great, all top-quality products. The attention from both the dining room and reception staff was fantastic; they are very good professionals to make your stay very pleasant. Without a doubt, we will come back again.

The best: breakfast and dinner. The communal areas. The downside: the rooms do not correspond to a 4-star rating and there is a lot of noise. All night you hear doors of nearby rooms being knocked (people coming back from a party).

Highlight above all the friendliness of the staff. Very good food. The hotel is very clean, both in common areas and rooms. It is a few meters from one of the main shopping streets of the town. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for resting.

In general, i didn't like it. It's a very old hotel, small room, and very overcrowded. The breakfast and half-board are horrible. Totally focused on foreign tourism, full of foreigners who only wanted to party and drink in the rooms. The good thing: the restaurant staff was very kind and friendly.

Attention and service of the restaurant. Quality of food. Central, near shopping streets, beaches, and casino. Standard small room. The balcony does not have opaque curtains. Small tv placed very low; you can hurt your head. Impossible to find parking in the surroundings.

It is a hotel prepared for groups, with an excellent value for money. Very good service working at a fast pace under the direction of an attentive supervisor from morning to night. The best, the varied and generous well-organized catering, the cleanliness in general and spacious common areas; the worst, the location a little away from the center and the beach, the difficulty of parking in the area and an insufficient private parking. The outdoor pool area is also small and the bathrooms a bit worn out with faucets in need of renovation.

The stay was good as we got a room with a view of the pool and it was very nice. The staff were respectful and helpful. The room was a bit small but had everything one needs. The spa was small but very complete. The food had quite a variety. Overall, quite good for a few days' getaway.

Very nice hotel where you can relax and find total tranquility. Beautiful and cozy decoration. The solarium with the pool, even though it was full of people, was completely silent. The waiters very attentive and the staff very pleasant. The restaurant had a wide variety of products and excellent quality. I have to say that the show cooking chef was not very friendly, he looked at you and answered very badly, it was embarrassing to ask him for anything. Everything else excellent. Nice room (i missed a mini bar), small spa but very relaxing and the activities perfect for a weekend of total relaxation. I recommend it 100%.

We are delighted with the hotel, an exceptional treatment, and they make you feel at home. I want to highlight that my mother is in a wheelchair, and thanks to the facilities and such attentive staff, she felt very comfortable at all times, something that is appreciated because people with reduced mobility are not always cared for as much. The food is of quality, there is a lot of cleanliness, and the staff from start to finish are professionals! i can't say a single negative word. Thank you, team!.
