Girona
Girona is the capital of Girona Province, a city near the Costa Brava and a historic Mediterranean city. There are many hotels in Girona, which means it has a variety of accommodation to offer to suit all tastes. Hotels in Girona are of various star categories, apartments (some of which rival the hotels in the facilities that are offered), guesthouses, hostels and campsites as well as rural accommodation. The Hotel AC Palau de Bellavista is situated in one of the most attractive historical areas of Girona. This is a modern hotel offering 74 beautiful rooms that include parking for their guests. The hotel also offers a gymnasium as well as event rooms for the business guest. The more modest Els Bells Oficis Bed and Breakfast establishment (The Nice Trades in English) is located in a quiet pedestrian street where time seems to stand still. This beautiful hotel is set in a lovely building built by Rafael Maso, a famous architect from the early 20th century. A perfect setting to enjoy what the city of Girona has to offer you.
The city and region of Girona on the Costa Brava offer different attractions most months so it is a very exciting place to visit whatever the time of year whether it is for Mardi Gras in February or the festivals of drama, music and dance that are offered from October to December. The historic city of Girona goes back more than 2000 years with many monuments that you can still see today such as the Força Vella which dates to the Roman times. The old Jewish Quarter or Call is a must see for the cultural visitor as is the Medieval Quarter, the Cathedral and the Arab Baths. From most apartments or hotels in Girona you can also easily access the main business district. This is where most of the shops and leisure centres in Girona are situated and it goes from Carrer de la Barc,a in the historic centre, to Carrer Emili Grahi,t in the more modern part of the city. After a day of culture and activities the holidaymaker or business visitor can enjoy the nightlife of Girona. There are a variety of bars and restaurants as well as terraces and clubs.

Good choice for Temps de Flors
The hotel in Santa Cristina de Aro was chosen as a place to visit Girona during the Temps de Flors 2024 edition. With the city in high demand due to a large number of visitors, we chose this hotel for its availability and because it was more affordable than those in the capital.

A medieval city with a lot of charm
A MEDIEVAL CITY WITH A LOT OF CHARM. Although we initially thought of going to Barcelona, since it was Easter and it would be crowded with tourists, we decided to go to Girona, which is only 45 minutes from Malgrat. We really liked Girona, a very clean city with a very well-preserved historic center. I recommend taking a walk through the center and visiting the impressive Gothic cathedral of Girona.

Girona always enchants
Girona always enchants. Girona is always a good destination to learn about its heritage, cultural history, stroll, shop, or taste its gastronomy. A city that can be explored on foot, where you can also hike and visit nearby villages.

Jewish Quarter Recommendation
As a special spot, I recommend the Jewish Quarter, known as the Judería. It's one of the best-preserved in Europe. Restaurants, provocative, without a doubt. Girona, very special. I recommend it to you.

City of Girona
City of Girona. It's really worth taking a walk through the old town with its narrow streets and the cathedral.

Coup de coeur in Catalonia
Tourist visit. Coup de coeur in Catalonia!! This city is great, the old town is charming, there are large parks to walk around with vestiges from the medieval era. The colorful houses along the river are magnificent. And there are plenty of small restaurants, bars, and atypical shops.
