It is located in a top´s hill, overlooking the Mediterranean and the city center. Barcelona is about 35 km. away, where you can enjoy numerous shopping facilities, bars, places for nightlife, cafes, boutiques, interesting museums, restaurants and other attractions, including Park Güell, Palau Güell, Casa Mila, the Gothic Quarter, Montjuic district Ciutat Vella. Merge onto Highway Pau Casals/C-32 by the ramp B-/Castelldefels/Sitges/Tarragona Partial toll road. Take exit 30 towards Sitges center. Merge onto Rambla de Sitges. At the roundabout take the second exit to Vilafranca C-211/Passeig. Continue to Passeig de Vilafranca. At the roundabout, take the first exit to Vilafranca C-246a/C-31/Passeig. Continue to C-246a/C-31. Leave a roundabout. Turn left at Carrer de Joaquim Miró. Turn right on Carrer d'Antoni Muntanyola. Turn left onto Avinguda de Navarra. Turn right on Carrer de Roig i Soler. Turn left at Carrer de Juan de la Cierva. Follow Golf Road 15. Turn right onto Avinguda Camí de Miralpeix. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Avinguda Camí de Miralpeix.Reverse on Carrer de la Mare de Deu de Gràcia.

The hotel is beautiful, the entire service is exceptional, you can feel at home, but the rooms are not for five stars as cleanliness in small spaces is noticeable. For the rest, great, a wonderful team, but i think that these large external companies hired to clean for 45 minutes is an abuse and the customer pays for everything to be in order, so more time for the cleaner. Thanks to the team, from reception, waiters, everyone for being so kind and cordial.

A pathetic 5-star, never seen before. For a one-night reservation, they force you to make a €100 charge on your card as a deposit and tell you that they won't charge it (i suppose it's in case you take something from the minibar, which is empty). The surprise after check-out is that they have charged you and tell you that they will refund it by bank transfer (which means at least two days). Surreal. I don't finance banks or hotels. At least they could warn about it before the reservation, and we would have finished earlier.

Extraordinary facilities in a charming complex. The attention from the staff makes the stay much more pleasant, from the arrival at the reception to the kindness of any hotel worker. The dining offer is very complete, and the breakfasts are extremely complete with top-quality products. Extraordinary spot to disconnect just 3 kilometers from the center of sitges.

The room was correct and pleasant. The gastronomic restaurant was privatized by a company, and we couldn't access it. We dined in the main restaurant: impersonal room and dinner simply okay. The staff is very cordial.

Extraordinary tranquility and perfect relaxation. A top-notch hotel. The only bad thing is that to get into the bathtub, you almost need a ladder. Impossible for elderly people. A shower tray would have been much better.

Overrated 5-star hotel. I had stayed here before and for this reason, we chose to return. But apart from the luxurious decoration, open interior spaces, and views, don't expect more. We were given a room on the ground floor at the end of the corridor (be prepared to walk more than 15 minutes to get out of the hotel). We requested to change rooms for a less inaccessible one, but despite the new room being only 20 meters away from the first, we lost the sea views, so we didn't change it in the end. The room was generously sized, with elegant mediterranean decor and a terrace. The television in the room was quite large, a shame the remote control's batteries were dead and we couldn't use it. The remote's cover was even screwed on so you couldn't take the batteries (a rather pitiable image for a 5-star hotel). It wasn't very pleasant either that the room smelled like sewage, we realized some bathroom piece had a broken siphon and every time you entered the bathroom, it was horrible to endure the stench. There were small details that in a lower category hotel you might not care about, but in this hotel, they show neglect. A couple of examples: the doorstop was crooked and half-loose, the bathroom's roll holder wobbled, you had to be careful when taking the paper, the hallway carpet had too many stains. The soundproofing between rooms was good, but not towards the corridor, as you could hear everything. On the other hand, just staying at the hotel gets you free access to the gym and spa. The gym machines were new and state-of-the-art. As for the spa, it has limited hours for children's access. The spa is nothing extraordinary, it offers a sauna, hammam, ice fountain, jacuzzi, and heated pool (a bit cold for a spa), but it was too crowded and we could hardly enjoy it. Lastly, when checking in, they block a small charge for expenses or consumptions. Be careful during check-out because in our case, instead of a block, it was a charge and upon leaving, they forgot to refund that amount. We had to return and claim it... To conclude, i just wanted to say that i was looking forward to returning to this hotel, and i definitely won't repeat the experience.
