Hotel with a good location but in need of renovations, especially in the room. Everything is very outdated, uncomfortable spring mattresses, and poor buffet. It is overrated by 1 star.

The hotel is fine. Especially the location. Cleaning correct. Perfect staff too. The worst thing is the food. All cold in individual trays. And very repetitive. I can consider the hotel where i have eaten the worst. Terrible.

Very good all-inclusive stay, the positive point is the location and direct access to the beach. The staff is very welcoming and smiling. Very good value for money for meals. The only negative point is the lack of refurbishment of the hotel, especially in the sanitary facilities.

Impeccable location, vintage hotel, the rooms need to be completely redone, the wallpaper is torn and glued in 4 pieces. The facilities are dilapidated and old-fashioned. In this state, i do not recommend it. There is not even a room for animations.

The hotel is a four-star hotel from the 70s, frozen in time. It needs a good renovation, especially the bathrooms, which are very outdated. The only good thing it has is the location and some of the friendly staff, especially jaime, the waiter in the restaurant, a great guy. The buffet is very good, the variety is good although most people think there is little variety. Why so much food? in my opinion, perfect and good. The paella is not great, but otherwise, really good, both for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The prices are very good, not abusive like other hotels. As for animation for the kids, except for the mini-disco at night, the rest is practically very poor. Overall, in the 70s it would have been beautiful, but after so many years, the services have become too outdated and the room doors with keys and big keychains are uncomfortable when they should be card-operated, which is the most normal thing today. The chain should invest in the hotel and give it a good renovation from top to bottom because, in my opinion, it has at least one star too many. When i read in the comments that if you liked horror, this was the ideal place, i thought people were exaggerating, but i saw that they were absolutely right. The hallways of the rooms were like freddy krueger's passage. However, the room cleaning staff, no complaints, everything very clean.

The horror hotel of the holidays. We ended up at the htop royal sun hotel. Honestly, an old hotel, but that's not the worst, the worst is the dirt, negligence, and lack of hygiene. Not to mention the staff, to whom we reported and complained about the lack of hygiene in the buffet, the next day the same dirt was in the same place. Still, we would like to highlight the great professionalism and speed of the reserving team in addressing the situation. But please, do not offer the roulette with this type of accommodation again. We emphasize that it is accommodation that, in our opinion, does not correspond to what is expected of a 4-star hotel.

It doesn't deserve to be a 4-star, the rooms are very, very bad, we didn't like the food at all, in general, there is nothing good to be a 4-star, we were very disappointed. Since it was a birthday gift for our son.

Honestly, i think the hotel needs a significant renovation, the buffet food is very scarce, when entering the restaurant there was no one asking for the room number, the hotel's entertainment is very poor.
