Good hotel. We stay every year when we have to go to guadalajara. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The beds are large. The reception staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent and varied. Free parking.

For a 4* hotel, it had several important faults for me. Let's start with the positive, the large bed and well. The location is not very good, very scarce in the "courtesy" details. In the bathroom, there was neither a toothbrush nor a toilet brush. The breakfast, the donuts and muffins were either defrosted or from the chamber because they were cold, the juice from a bottle and in general the food of poor quality. The cleaning in the dining room also scarce, the plates piled up on the tables, tables not set and with some unhygienic detail from the staff (handling fingers inside the bowls...). The glasses had such a variety that they seemed like spare parts. We could say it could be a 2**.

The hotel is very nice. It looks very new. It has a pool that is not very big but sufficient to cool off. They provide pool towels at no extra cost. It is a bit far from the center, but there is a bus stop 50 meters away. Bus c1 to go to the hotel and c2 to go to the center.

Charming hotel. Easy to reach, 40 minutes from madrid. Modern hotel, very spacious rooms and current decoration. Renovated, spacious and comfortable sink. Everything very clean, very comfortable beds. We went as a family and asked for rooms together. They gave us adjoining rooms that were connected with an interior door. Very practical. The staff is very kind and attentive. The breakfast is also very complete. Nothing is missing.

The hotel lives up to its 4-star rating. We booked accommodation only since the breakfast price is a bit high for what we eat. Friendly staff, quiet place, free parking. For me, the biggest drawback is that it's far from the center and forces you to take the car and look for parking.
