For the price it cost, everything was very old, bathroom from the 80s. I expected something more. The bed was correct. The only thing there was a large TV. The rest was all improvable.

I wanted to know what it was like to stay in a parador and I couldn't be happier. I want more!

Anónimo,
The phone at reception is not answered, you can call as much as you want, for any information you need, you will have to go there. They do not inform you of anything you do not ask directly... wifi, hotel services, schedules, etc. The cleaning is just fair, and the price in relation to the room is completely disproportionate. What you pay for is the cachet of the building and the common areas, which anyone who comes from the street to have a coffee can enjoy.

Anónimo,
Perfect stay. Wonderful room, and the treatment by all the Parador employees, especially the reception staff and the breakfast waitress, was excellent. The location is very beautiful, and the surroundings are lovely and accessible to the city center.

Everything was very good, including the parking which seemed problematic.

Anónimo,
The hotel was a former convent. I think for four stars, it could be a bit more restored. Very well located. If you are lucky, you can leave the car parked outside, we did. Otherwise, you have to pay the €20. Very good views. We got a view of the Cloister.

Excellent service from the staff. Architecturally interesting building. The dinner was very good, although I expected the breakfast to be somewhat better (I remember other paradores before the pandemic).

The rooms are very large and the king-size bed is enormous. It is located in a privileged area with unbeatable views. For me, the worst part is the breakfast. I have always valued breakfasts in paradores, and it can be greatly improved in terms of quality and variety.
