We stayed as two adults and one child. The service was excellent. The location is at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, so it's great. Free parking at the hotel. Therefore, i recommend it 100x100.

Central hotel, good facilities and good service. Breakfast well attended by waiters who make you toast, grilled croissant, natural juice and bring the coffee. The rest, cold cuts, sweets, yogurt, fruit, etc. You take yourself. Note that the bathroom had a low temperature, there was no heater, i left the door open, although it was a foggy and very cold weekend.

The stay was very pleasant, it is very central. It is perfect, all the workers have been lovely, good service and all very pleasant. If i return to zamora, which i probably will, i will return to this hotel without a doubt... And i recommend it to anyone going there.

Everything is fine, but be careful with the garage as it is not located in the same building. It is located on the side of the street leading to the hotel and is not easily visible.

The hotel is well located, right next to the main street that crosses all of zamora. The staff is very friendly and helpful, parking for large cars is a bit cumbersome. The breakfast area is quite small compared to the hotel, and when we arrived at breakfast, many items were missing. On the plus side, it should be noted that a waiter takes your order to have it freshly made, toast, juices, coffee, and others. The rooms are correct, although it is true that they already need renovation. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is your hotel; you couldn't hear a fly at night.

The best is the friendliness of the hotel staff, the cleanliness and the room in general. You can park in the white zone 5 minutes away on avenida de portugal. The only bad thing is that the breakfast, for 9 euros, is a bit limited. You have to ask the waiter for the coffee, juice, and toasts, who is very friendly by the way.

The best: - one minute from the main street of zamora. - hotel parking and blue zone right next door. - very comfortable, clean and spacious room with all kinds of amenities distributed in three areas (hall, bathroom, and bedroom). It feels like an apartment. - very friendly receptionists who provide suggestions for tapas areas. The worst: - horrible soundproofing (especially annoying with passionate couples next door) - no restaurant.
