  The hotel has an excellent location. The family room is very comfortable, with a small kitchen with many details. We were welcomed with chocolates on the bed and fresh drinks in the fridge. A very grateful detail from the hotel. The double beds are very large and comfortable and the room is very cozy. I would repeat without hesitation. The hotel staff is also very friendly. Very satisfied with this hotel.

  Everything was great. They left us water, tea, and coffee in the room as a gift. The location is ideal and the service as well.

  The hotel is very well located, on the main square of segovia. The staff is friendly and the room is spacious, clean, and with complimentary coffee. In summary, highly recommended. The only problem is parking. But there is a parking lot nearby as an alternative.
