4* hotel that should have fewer stars. Upon arrival, the reception staff didn't understand anything (2 adults and a child; they said i had booked a single room). Did not inform us of dinner or breakfast times (which we had to ask about after checking into the room). Restaurant staff with 0 sympathy (leaving the colleague alone to attend to us without noting or telling us about the desserts). The next day at breakfast, the waiter didn’t know where we could sit, a total disaster. And if we talk about the room, the toilet was in poor condition and the showerhead also in poor state of conservation. It is certainly not cheap to stay at this hotel that might be 2* at most. Only the pool and the garden area were fairly good. Lower the prices and match them to what you offer, thanks.

4-star hotel that does not correspond to the quality of service and state of the facilities. Perhaps it could have been a 4-star in its origin, but currently, it would be necessary to review this as it does not correspond at all to reality. Old facilities, in poor condition, both in rooms and common areas, and with deficiencies in cleanliness. Toilet in poor condition, broken bathtub, broken metal structures in the pool, corridors with dirty carpets, bad smell, etc. On the positive side, the quality of the food and the service of the people who attended the fair booth.

Spacious and very pleasant room: since the heating had not yet been turned on, they provided a radiator that made it very comfortable. Comfortable beds. Good, clear views. Good location: just across the river, near the center, and with the possibility to park next to the hotel for free.

The hotel is very nice, clean, close to the center. To make a small criticism, it lacks a handheld showerhead, as it's complicated if you don't want to wash your hair. If i returned to palencia, i would choose it again.

We spent three wonderful days in palencia, the accommodation was great, the best thing is its facilities, the pool is not very big but to cool off it is more than enough, the two lifeguards were very attentive and friendly and there is more than enough space to sunbathe. The hotel staff were also very helpful. If i had to put a 'but', i would say that being a four-star hotel, i thought that in the rooms we would have toothbrushes, combs, tissues, etc... If i return to palencia, i would definitely stay at this hotel again, its location is perfect.

Overall, the stay was quite satisfactory. Although the hotel looks old and outdated from the outside, inside it improves significantly. The room assigned to us was spacious and looked clean and renovated. The breakfast buffet also seemed satisfactory, and we noticed that the staff was always very polite and helpful. Another positive aspect is that, although you are relatively close to the center, it is very easy to park on a dirt lot next to the hotel. Overall, for a weekend getaway, the quality/price ratio seemed very adequate to us. Obviously, the exterior of the building would gain a lot with a renovation.

I knew the hotel and it was fine, but the one time my wife accompanies me, they give us a room that leaves much to be desired; view of a horrible building in front of the entrance, deteriorated room (wallpaper peeling off the wall), old bathroom with loose bidet faucet, soap dish of the old bathtub torn out, etc.
