It is a hotel where for several years we have habitually stopped for the night on our way to vacation in portugal. Pleasant, clean, quiet, spacious room, quality breakfast, varied and plentiful, plus direct entry and exit from the highway (an advantage if you are just passing through).

Regular. The worst, the air conditioning was not working properly during a heatwave. Old hotel, needs renovation. Otherwise acceptable. Common areas are good, although we don't use them. Acceptable breakfast, but some details are missing, such as having cold water without having to ask for it, essential during a heatwave. Next time i will look for another hotel. The best, easy parking.

The customer service, very friendly, and the hotel's good location are the best. And the worst is that you can hear everything in the rooms, but generally, it's quite good.

It is a good hotel located just a few kilometers from palencia, perfect for exploring the entire province. Well connected and in a very quiet urbanization. No problems parking the car.

Quiet hotel because it is located in the countryside, spacious rooms, correct staff, in need of a major renovation and/or change. In such a state, i believe it has 1 or 2 stars too many.

Everything is quite correct, the room is somewhat outdated but comfortable and clean. The allowed access for pets is a plus that many hotels do not allow (they charge 10€ per night in this case). The only negative is that you can hear the noises from other rooms-hall, and we stayed on a weekend with a wedding at the hotel, so there were frequent noises.
