I sent an email saying that i prefer the 4th floor because the tables are larger for working. In the other rooms, you can hardly put a computer and an agenda. I did not receive a response, and i was given a different floor (i can understand that there was no availability, but i think it doesn't hurt to reply to the email). I go up to my room on the 2nd floor, and as a reward, the light that should illuminate the table for working doesn't work, only the bedside lamps with dim and warm-colored light. I think these things should be better taken care of. On top of that, at the reception when they give me the entrance, they give me a paper stating accommodation only, and i let them know that i had paid for accommodation and breakfast. For a few months now, many things have changed that i don't like, and when one is not comfortable, one ends up leaving. Best regards.

I can only write praises about this hotel. First, upon arrival, the friendly treatment and the smile are the establishment's motto. The facilities are ten, the rooms eleven. The restaurant is impressive, the staff who serve you are impressive, a great variety of things to choose from. If you need something, let them know and they go out of their way to assist you. And after all that, the location: you sleep seeing the cathedral, and i easily park my car in the free surrounding area and travel the city on foot for work reasons. In summary, it's my second home.

It has become the ideal place for me to rest after a work day, where everything is attention, friendliness, and the hotel as a result a charm. Central location, well parked, you eat, have breakfasts, luxury dinners at a very affordable price, and the main thing, the staff who serve you is wonderful.

This hotel has become my go-to hotel on my trips to león, for many reasons. Top-notch service, kindness at all times, great cleanliness and care of the rooms. Pleasant when having breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you just have to express your tastes, and they prepare it with great professionalism. Excellent wifi, vital for me when working. Very easy parking, even for free. It's so well-located that i leave the car and dedicate myself to walking around león during my workday without moving the car, and the most important of all, the smile and kindness are present in every member of the staff.

I discovered this hotel a few months ago, and since that day, whenever i'm in león, i go there for many reasons. Nearby, you have plenty of space to park. Privileged location, for work reasons which is why i travel, i can afford to leave my car parked in a free zone and tour the entire city. The facilities are top-notch, very comfortable bed and top-notch bathrooms too. Nowadays, it's very important to respect hygiene rules and traveler safety measures. The staff's service is totally exquisite and something that is highly valued, they listen to you. Good food and lots of things to snack on. With all this, they make this hotel my second home when i go to león. (ah, one note, no one pays me nor am i subsidized, what happens is that when things are done well, i like to say it and when i see something bad, in private i say it with the intent of improvement).
