This welcoming hotel was opened in 2004 and includes 51 rooms spread over 3 floors. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, a lift and a cloakroom. Everything is very good, the room and the location are both great.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, honestly the best mattress i've found in a hotel. It's a bit far from the town center, so you need to go by car, but it's close to the beach.

The hotel does not correspond to a 4-star one. During the 3 nights we stayed, the bed linen was not changed. On the first day, we had breakfast at the hotel and the buffet breakfast was pathetic. For €25, my husband, our 7-year-old daughter and i enjoyed a coffee machine that did not work, brick juice that was filled in front of us without any disguise, lack of appropriately sized plates to put a toast, dry cake from at least the day before, overripe fruit with an unappetizing appearance, lack of professionalism by the only waitress who dedicated herself to setting silverware on empty tables instead of attending to the few guests using the service at that time... Breakfast service not recommended. It cannot be considered in any aspect as a 4-star hotel service and it is necessary to inspect and adapt to the qualities that are offered and charged.

Clean accommodation, correct bed linen, but desirable to change it. Attentive and professional staff. Located in the upper part of the village, returning from the beach can be tiring.

Four-star hotel which has extra stars. We stayed in a room on the first floor (no sea view). Due to internal regulations for covid-19, they removed the bedspreads, replacing them with white sheets that give a very poor appearance for a four-star. The showerhead was broken and furthermore, the bathtub had no curtain, causing water to splash the bathroom while showering. The beds were not comfortable for a four-star, the mattresses were spring while in other lower category accommodations we stayed at, the mattresses were viscoelastic. We requested a double bed room when booking but were given one with two beds instead. Furthermore, of the measures put in place for covid-19, they only comply with those that interest them, as they were supposed to measure our temperature upon entry (check-in) and did not. The café is closed, and they offer no option for customers who want to have a simple coffee in the morning without booking breakfast. As for the attention of the staff, it was also very lacking. In conclusion, it was the highest category hotel we stayed at on our route through cantabria and the worst we stayed in all aspects.

Hotel which is one or two stars too many. At least in the case of our room, it needs a coat of paint, marked walls. Curtains with stains. The service needs some attention, shower tube broken as i show in the photo, sink stopper as well, dust on the bulbs, one of the lamps without even a bulb (i had to indicate it at the reception), they offer musical thread that doesn't work, tv channels that are practically not visible due to poor antenna signal. Terrible breakfast, i show in the photo, for example one of the days, three slices of salami, two small pastries that had to be found using a magnifying glass, a slice of melon barely a finger wide for two people, although they cut it in half. The outdoor cleaning also leaves much to be desired. I think a 4-star hotel should be a little more attentive to these details.
