The hotel has 3 pools, which is great, yes, but on the other hand, the food leaves much to be desired. Also, the all-inclusive plan does not include snacks/food between meals, only drinks; you can only eat at the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And in the case of bar drinks, they are also limited and do not include, for example, any cocktails.

It wasn't bad. Service, apartments, cleanliness, the only things are that they should put some more umbrellas and the food was a bit repetitive, but otherwise very good.

Stayed here several times over the past 10 years, always been cheap and cheerful, but would not stay there again after this experience. Food used to be good, now extremely poor, cheapest of the cheap meat cuts, used to be chicken fillets, good pork chops, etc., now just chicken thighs and legs, rough ends of pork, etc. Separate dessert counter now gone, put it with normal food which has greatly reduced the choice which is already poor. Lived on rice and pasta for most of the meals. Used to be ice cream and snacks you could help yourself to in between meals, all gone. Witnessed one manager, think his name was something like juan, turned a mother and her 2 children away from the restaurant at 9:10 when it should be open till 9:30, she complained at reception, he was closing the restaurant at 9:20, unacceptable when it clearly states it's open till 9:30 pm at night. Strongly advise anyone to pay a bit more money and stay elsewhere. Also set on a very steep hill with steps after steps, unsuitable for anyone that is not of a good physical condition.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well located. The meals are very good and the bar service is very good and lively. The apartment for the price/quality ratio is good, although it needs some renovations. The entire hotel environment is very well maintained and functional. We are a group of colleagues who travel every year at this time for 4 days to a destination we have never visited, and this island was the one we liked the least, but the purpose of getting together and having fun was clearly achieved!

The truth is that I was disappointed, the pools were very cold, the rooms were very old, the bathtub was rotten, the windows couldn't be closed, the toilet was loose, there were ants in the kitchen, and the mattresses were super uncomfortable. The buffet was very small, there wasn't even a simple ice cream, and the food was always the same. The hotel itself was very old, at the buffet you had to wait for them to replenish the food because every time you went to get something there was nothing, some waiters were a bit too familiar. I don't recommend the all-inclusive because there isn't even a simple ice cream or a snack for children, only drinks from super cheap brands that you don't know, the loungers were all broken, the pools dirty, the hotel had too many stairs to carry a baby stroller, there was no elevator, the rooms were very far from the buffet, etc. Very bad experience.

Bella esperienza... Soggiorno piacevole e personale gentile. Buona colazione, pranzo e cena. Non molta scelta, ma comunque accettabile per quello che si paga. Pulizia ottima.

The apartment complex is in a quiet area of the island. The common areas are fine, but the apartments need renovation, not so much because the furniture is old and outdated, but because of the deteriorated parts of the doors and cupboards. The mattresses need to be urgently replaced. Attention people with reduced mobility: the common areas are not suitable; there are many stairs and steep slopes throughout the complex, and to access the apartments that are not on the ground floor, there is no elevator. The buffet is quite basic and not very varied, even though we stayed for only a few days. The breakfast buffet, though repetitive, is much better than lunch and dinner. The all-inclusive is average compared to other hotels. White-label spirits are included, but cocktails are not. There are no snacks or anything to nibble on with a beer; you have to bring your own chips. The eco cup, as they call it, is a plastic cup the size of a small beer glass; you have to deposit 1 euro for the cup, which is returned when you hand it back. It's a bit of a hassle at first, but you get used to it. I don't know if it saves anything, because in the end, they are washing plastic cups all the time.

A disaster. It really needs a good renovation. There were many bugs in the apartment, impossible to have any food. Hot water did not last for the four of us to shower. Food was also very poor.

We had never wanted to leave a hotel so much. The hotel is the same as it was 9 years ago, which was the first time we visited and liked it, but without any maintenance, it hasn't improved. With the 4 photos I'm allowed to upload, it's very limited. The beds with springs sticking into you, we asked for the mattresses to be changed as we were going to stay for 6 nights, and they said they would do it the next day. All morning they didn't do it and I had to go to reception to see what was happening. They told me they were going to change them, and my surprise when I go up to the room is that they had put two blue covers on the mattresses as if they were others, which I checked and they were the same ones we had. They treated us like idiots. The food, although very good in taste and well-cooked, was very limited in variety. The dining room staff is lovely.
