When they gave us the key to the apartment and we opened it, the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. We had to ask the cleaner for air freshener, and even then, there was no way to get rid of the smell. The kitchen countertop was very dirty, all sticky, and instead of going to rest, what i did was clean. They should take cleaning a bit more seriously.

I went to rest, to disconnect a little from friday to monday. When i made the reservation, i called the receptionist cristina to see if she could put me in a lower area since i have had surgery on two cervical hernias and am waiting for another operation. Thing is, when i arrived, she didn't even know we had talked on the phone. She put us on the 2nd floor saying we have an elevator and the elevator only worked that friday, the day of our arrival. The rest of the days, up and down the stairs, so i didn't go to the pool much, and when i did go, there were few loungers for so many people. I'm not repeating. And the cleaning, the apartment was clean on arrival but then they didn't come to clean the days i was there.

Very family-friendly atmosphere. We got the well-located apartment with a view, the pool and surroundings clean, the staff very friendly. The only inconvenience is when it comes to parking the car, it is scarce and the local police pass by from time to time to fine at any time of the day, as they fined my car at 3 in the morning, you are forced to park on the yellow line. Otherwise, very good. We will also repeat. Thank you very much.

The furniture is somewhat old, and if you want a remote for the television, you have to leave a deposit of 100 euros. It seems excessive to me.

We liked puerto bello, a quiet and peaceful place. The apartment was in good condition and had good beds. A little hot as there is no air conditioning. The pool was not hot, but you could swim quickly, although it was not suitable for those who want to stay in the water for a long time. The staff was nice. Good location, close to the beach and the shopping center.

Upon arrival, we found a dead cockroach in the shower and another one next to the container by the brush, supposedly after the cleaner had just cleaned the apartment and prepared it for our arrival. Then, before going up to the apartment, they told us that they would give us another roll of toilet paper to bring up, as the cleaner had only left one. They also didn't leave us any dishwasher detergent, sponge for washing dishes, or a single cloth. On the day of departure, we found another cockroach in the bathroom that came in through a vent located at the top of the shower, with the opening open, without a duct and without a grille, only with a cover, allowing cockroaches or any kind of bugs to enter since you could see the hole from the shower. Finally, on the day we were supposed to leave before our checkout time, a service person knocked to ask us to take out the garbage so they wouldn't have to come back later to pick it up, thus hurrying us to leave. Also, at night, other guests in the apartments were making a lot of noise and disturbance, and at no time were they told to keep it down, preventing us from sleeping. Lastly, the pool didn't have a single umbrella. We were very dissatisfied with this accommodation.

The apartments themselves are fine. The only drawback would be the lack of air conditioning. If you are from the island like me, don't forget to bring it. The location is good; they are located in the mountains. Parking is a bit complicated if it's high season, otherwise, it will be easy for you since the apartments have parking. The girl at the reception is super nice and the accommodation facilities are the same.

No volveremos nunca, apartamento súper básico. El sillón cama roto, pagamos por 4 personas y terminamos durmiendo en el suelo con los niños en colchones. Sin ventilador, sin aire acondicionado, sin esponja para fregar la loza y sin un poco de jabón. Los ascensores rotos y a subir hasta un tercer piso, cuando tenían habitaciones libres en primera planta. Nos obligaron a pagar en efectivo una fianza de 100€ al llegar, y al marcharnos nos miraron la habitación el último día para devolvernos la fianza. Loza insuficiente, no había vasos suficientes, la nevera no enfriaba. La recepcionista se limita a escucharnos y darnos la razón como a los locos, poco más que salud y suerte, nos decía con la mirada.

The apartment complex was very good. Large room with comfortable beds, living room and kitchen together, the couch very comfortable, it lacked nothing, it had a very large fridge. In short, i liked it a lot, the receptionist was very kind.
