Although it is a hotel that is 50 years old, it has been extensively renovated and, except in some very specific areas, its age is not noticeable. The pools are very good, and one of them is heated, which makes entering the water very pleasant. As for the restaurant, it has everything that a good all-inclusive hotel typically offers: snack and beverage service from 11 to 23; many of the alcoholic drinks are branded. What i would highlight the most about this hotel is its customer service, which i really liked. They were always willing to help you and ask if you needed anything else. A 10 in customer service. On a downside, the room enclosures, the balcony windows, are a little outdated and do not block out external noise (in the area where we stayed, right in front of the entertainment area). It was quite difficult to take a nap, as nothing insulated against the noise.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, aside from the crowd gathered in the restaurant from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. As for the evening entertainment, it is worth mentioning that, at this time of year, the outdoor performances were uncomfortable; on the other hand, the indoor ones were very interesting. Congratulations.

Well located, very good entertainment for both children and adults. Facilities in very good condition. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The food is its weak point: a lot of frozen and processed food and very little variety of meats and fish.

Our stay at the accommodation in general was good. It's the third time we stay in this hotel, we choose it every year to spend the carnival weekend, the location is perfect, the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, friendly staff, good food, so everything is fine. To put a but, they asked us to leave an amount as a deposit, it had never happened to me before in a hotel, nor in this one.

It was good except for the distance of the room from everything... With two children it was a problem. And they also placed us in the noisy area next to the squares with animation until late at night. I don't understand how, knowing our data with children, they didn't place us better, on the ground floor and less noisy.

The best part was the reception and the treatment received from ángel, the receptionist, very kind above all. Regarding the hotel, it has many rooms and few sun loungers for so many people. People queueing to rush and grab sun loungers, something i find very unpleasant. Very small and crowded pools. Regarding the buffet, more of the same, huge queues to get hot food. It's exaggerated, i think a 4-star hotel cannot have these conditions... As i said, the best part, ángel.

The best was the reception and attention of the receptionist. Very small pools for such a large hotel, very few sunbeds, a madness to even get one, you have to queue and run. Regarding the buffet, very long queues to eat hot food, and this is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. The best without a doubt is the receptionist.

I loved the stay at this hotel. The common areas, restaurant, pool, staff, cleanliness, and rooms are very good. The food is very good and varied. The only downside is the attitude of some guests who start placing towels on the sunbeds from 8 a. M. And when the pool opens, there are no sunbeds left to use. Still, i would repeat without hesitation.

We stayed as a group of 3 couples, each with their own room in an all-inclusive package. The experience was very positive, i have stayed in other hotels of the chain in family stays, but i have to recognize that this escape alone with my partner, in the adults-only area of the hotel, was wonderful. The room was very cozy, they had nice details with us like bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products in the bathroom, wine and courtesy glasses, and a coffee machine with capsules. We could rest as we wanted because there was a sense of tranquility in the atmosphere, i repeat, it was in the adults-only area. The room was equipped with what we needed, so very happy. The common areas, i also loved the common area that had a jacuzzi and very cozy sunbeds in this adults-only area. We went to the main pools and we liked them too, only that the sunbeds in this area were many of them in poor condition. This is the only negative thing i can mention. Speaking a bit about the buffet, i loved it as well because i can't say that i tried something i didn't like. I have been in many hotels in an all-inclusive package and i had missed things, but here i highlight not only the variety but also the quality, that the food was very tasty. The treatment of the workers in general at the hotel was very kind. Thank you for gifting us an unforgettable experience and we can only say we're looking forward to escaping to this hotel again.

We have been going to the same hotel for several years. The food is good, the attention of the staff is great, but this year it was very crowded, more than usual, and getting a sunbed is horrible. I don't know if i'll come back.

This is the second time we choose this accommodation. Just like last year, we went during the weekend of the maspalomas carnival. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Spacious and clean facilities, for kids there's a water park. The buffet food is quite good, not much variety but good quality. You have food available at the snack bar from 11 am to 11 pm, and plenty of variety. The staff's attention is generally good, very friendly. We leave with the intention of returning next year.

Very attentive staff, good facilities, but on two occasions we went to get towels for the pool and there were none, so it was impossible to enjoy it. They blocked our room before the check-out time and so little things that have not made our stay pleasant. The four stars are too much for them.

The hotel facilities were great. The room was spacious, the staff very friendly. The hotel had everything. The beach wasn't close but they had an hourly shuttle service to it. We liked it a lot, we would return.

I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels throughout my life. This has undoubtedly been the worst experience of my life. After an hour at the hotel, i already wanted to leave. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was overcrowded, we weren't given the room key and were told we could go to the buffet in the meantime. Two hours later, we still didn't have the key, and the buffet was quite simple. The worst part was the pool area, where people get up at 7:00 am to reserve sunbeds when it is supposed to be prohibited, and the hotel does nothing about it, just puts a little note warning of this. The animation was pathetic. And finally, they didn't clean our room from one day to the next. Unfortunately, i do not recommend it, and it has been a great disappointment.
