Maspalomas and its sand dunes
Maspalomas is definitely characteristic for its sand dunes. The city itself is a conglomerate of hotels. Beautiful wide and sandy beaches, although certainly not comparable to Sardinia. Very well-kept promenade.

Essential Visit to Gran Canaria
Maspalomas is a natural paradise within Gran Canaria; it is essential to visit the area of Puerto Rico, Arguineguín, Mogán Beach, but especially Anfi del Mar, which undoubtedly left us perplexed; it is advisable to park in the underground garages of each locality to be able to walk and see every corner of these places. I also recommend visiting Playa del Inglés and Arinaga beach with its black volcanic sand and the Arinaga Lighthouse from where really beautiful views of the edges of the island and the Atlantic Ocean can be observed. If there is still time, it is also good to visit the inland villages like Tejeda, although prepare for very winding and uncomfortable roads when driving. But... Very big Gran Canaria!

Paradisiacal apartments
The apartments are recognized as paradises. We arrived easily within 20 minutes from the airport. There is a supermarket very close and they have it in the apartments.

Touristy and quiet place in February
Very touristy place but, in February, quiet. Weather more reliable than in the north.
