  I loved the hotel, it has excellent views of the sea, the mountains, and the pools, the garden is very tropical. There are flowers, coconut trees, tamarinds and a hedgehog comes out at night. The grill at the snack bar is wonderful. When you're on the beach, you can smell the barbecue from the wind. The beaches are beautiful, with waves and green-blue water; there is a children's area with arcade machines for the cost of 1 euro. They do shows, presentations of international drinks for a fee, and Mexican and Asian food in the restaurants, some days free. The food in general is very good and varied, as are the drinks. I would like them to have a bar open from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., where you can eat something while you are in the pool or surroundings. There are 4 pools, including one with a pirate ship and slide for children, play areas with volleyball, basketball, football. They do recreational activities with entertainers; they have 2 baby clubs, one for Italians and another international. I would like them to play music every day in one pool, since they only do it for aquagym or some dance class. Otherwise, excellent—once a week they put an inflatable for children in the pool. I liked that they let you bring games and rafts into the pools to enjoy more. The workers are very kind and attentive; the best coffee is in the lobby and the adult area bar and main pool; they also make delicious chocolate milkshakes with cream. The mojitos are pretty good, for coming prepared, the beers well chilled. There are showers in the pools and at the entrance and exit door to the beach. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., but if you arrive early, you can access the hotel's pools, bars, and restaurants to enjoy. Check-out before 12:00 p.m., you can pay for romantic dinners or breakfasts and birthdays, it costs approximately 15 euros per adult and 7 for children over 2 years old. I celebrated my wife's birthday and they decorated a special table with a birthday cake, cava, and natural orange juice included. Excellent attention, service, and kindness from the workers of the main restaurant Cirocco, I congratulate them on their great work.

  We stayed 15 days at this hotel and the experience couldn't have been better. The most notable thing, in my opinion, was the reservations department, who did everything possible to make our trip perfect. Totally professional and attentive to any questions or requests. A ten for reservations. The reception, cleaning and bar/restaurant departments were equally charming. There's only one point we didn't like at all. The entertainment leaves much to be desired. There are different entertainment groups, some French and others Italian, but the Spaniards who come here are ignored. We are in no man's land. This seemed terrible to me, especially coming with a 10-year-old child who would have liked a bit of attention. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much.   A fantastic experience, everything was correct. The 8-year-old girls had a great time all day in the heated pool and on the pirate ship. The food was very good, everything was cooked live in front of the customers. Without a doubt, a place to repeat as it is a very comfortable resort both for couples and families with children.

  Nos gustó mucho el hotel: especialmente la ubicación, al lado de la preciosa playa de butihondo, jandía. La comida, muy buena y variada; aunque muchísima gente, por ser el mes de agosto, imagino. Las habitaciones, muy cómodas y limpias. Nos encantaría volver a repetir. Nos relajamos y disfrutamos, con nuestra hija de 8 años. Los espectáculos nocturnos, muy buenos.

  Creo que sigue siendo una elección preferente para ir a fuerteventura. Destaco el personal y la comida por encima de todo, aunque cualquier cosa en este hotel es excepcional, dentro de que todo es mejorable. Pero la realidad es que algunas cosas se sumergen en el pasar del tiempo y a veces flotan por sí solas algunas cuestiones de mantenimiento de las instalaciones que no están a la altura del hotel. Revisando esto creo que fuerteventura princess sigue siendo uno de los mejores destinos de alojamiento de esta isla canaria.

  Lo mejor las instalaciones, la habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda, la playa bajo el hotel, la comida muy variada y buena. Lo peor las bebidas del ti de marcas blancas pero ya se sabe, si quieres marcas conocidas hay que pagarlas.

  El hotel esta bastante bien, personal muy amable y atento. La comida genial. Lo que me llamó la atención es que según llegamos a la isla, hicimos el checking, nos colocaron pulseras y empezamos a disfrutar del hotel antes de darnos la habitación, al igual que al salir. Entregamos la habitación y disfrutamos hasta que nos fuimos. El único inconveniente que me indignó, fue un metre que le llamaba la atención a los trabajadores de una manera bastante desagradable desde mi punto de vista. Creo que se puede llamar la atención a su personal de otra manera y menos delante de los usuarios.
