The apartment complex offers a total of 272 apartments/studios in a number of 2-storey buildings. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a café, a small supermarket, a bar with a TV corner, a pool bar with a solarium of sand, a gymnasium, a mini golf, a tennis court, a gym and one heated buffet restaurant. There is a games room and a playground available for children. In front, there is also a car park available for guests' use freely.
This spacious holiday complex is located around 24 km north of Mahón, in the middle of a wonderful pine forest, right next to the dunes of Arenal de Son Saura, with direct access to the beach. The only golf course of the Island is approximately 1km away, with 18 holes and an exquisite restaurant. Within 200m approximately there is the Centro Comercial de Son Parc which includes various shops, bars, restaurants and a chemist.
The apartments are comfortably furnished and fitted with a combined living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom with bathtub, a telephone, TV, a kitchenette, a microwave, a fridge, a separate bedroom, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, a hire safe and a terrace or a balcony.

After reading the comments about the hotel, i was a little reticent about it. However, i was very surprised upon arrival at the apartment. The apartment was completely renovated and very clean. The mattresses were new and very, very comfortable. The areas of the apartment were spacious. It had beautiful views of the pine forest. Regarding the outdoor areas, there were many spaces for children to play safely. The playground had a sandy floor. There were many spaces for children to have fun. Lots of shade. And a short and beautiful walk to the beach. Inside the hotel, there is a small supermarket with essential items. The evening entertainment is in a very beautiful space. The beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful! the hotel joinery has double-glazed windows, is new, and has good thermal and acoustic insulation. In general, i was very surprised. I will repeat!.

Overall, sol parc is a good choice when travelling with family. It was easy to get to with a shuttle from the airport (about 30 min) and the location is fantastic, one of the best beaches on the island! beautiful pink sand and crystal clear water that is quite shallow, so great for small kids. There's a lifeguard, some umbrellas and chairs to rent and a bar at one end. The walk along the wooden path is a bit long with small kids and the stroller under the hot sun, but worth it! the pools are nice - one is better for kids and also next to a bar and a big playground, mini club... The kids never got bored! there is lots of shade all over the hotel, which is nice. But, i noticed that there aren't enough lounge chairs at the pool, they are taken quite quickly in the morning. As far as meals, we had all-inclusive and ate at the buffet for all 3 meals - the buffet is rather small and also repetitive... I'd say the best is breakfast and depending on what time you go, there is almost always a line to wait in, to get a table. The quality isn't the best, but even the kids managed to find something to eat. The rooms are simple apartments with everything you need. There is a minimarket that has many things: food/drinks, souvenirs, toys, toiletries, etc. There is also another one with more food and some clothing down the road (as well as some bars, restaurants and a pharmacy/doctor. At last, the nightly entertainment. Well, this, in my opinion, is the worst aspect of the hotel! the animators only spoke to their own and the children were upset that there were very few 'shows' put on for them to watch (otherwise it was karaoke mostly in french, games in french, disco with french music, etc.) but in the end the kids had fun and the beach really is fantastic! so for the price, it's worth it.

The quality and variety of meals and dinners is bad and repetitive. The mealtime cannot end at 2:30 pm. It should be extended until 3:30 pm. Dinner should end at 10:00 pm. This indicates that the timetable is only focused on foreign tourists. The animation is centered on french tourists. The buffet and bar staff are excellent. The hotel's beach is wonderful. The hotel needs a renovation because it is old.

All good. The beach is spectacular, close to the hotel and very family-friendly. The apartment is good, the beds very comfortable but the kitchen in ours was a bit old. The worst: that all the entertainment was in french, it made you feel like you were in another country instead of your own. Recommendable.

It is located next to a beach that is great for going with kids, besides being very beautiful. It has 2 swimming pools (one for the little ones and another for older children with 3 slides). The decoration of the apartment is outdated but everything is clean. To access our apartment you have to climb some stairs, but there are apartments on the ground floor. Our apartment did not have air conditioning but had 2 fans. The mattresses are comfortable, except for the mattress under the sofa bed. The staff is very kind and attentive at all times. Good value for money. We would return without hesitation.

The complex itself is quite good, it is spacious, cool, and well-maintained. The location is good but too quiet as there is nothing around. The apartments are good, although they are a bit old; the pipes make noise and there are quite a few ants. But it is very cool being surrounded by pine trees. This year there was no children's entertainment, and for my children, it was a bit boring as there were hardly any kids to play with. The proximity to the beach is very good. The beach is average.

The cleanliness, proximity to the beach, buffet service, and courtesy of the staff are the best things, perhaps the structure itself could be renovated a bit, but we still had a great time.
